Our last activity, the mountain walk. We climbed Hey Bluff - breathtaking views, walking in the mist.
We had to follow the map and be leaders.
Woodlands Day 5.
We can't believe it's the last day already! The children have tidied and packed this morning then we are off on a mountain walk.
We will be leaving at 3pm for the long journey home.
Woodlands Day 4.
Badger prints and looking out at the breathtaking landscape - what a way to end the day!
Woodlands Day 3
We had a very good evening yesterday - the children spent time orienteering.
After a busy day of caving, canoeing and jungle gym, all was quiet by 10pm.
The children had an amazing first night; no sleepless people and most needed waking up this morning!
Off to canoeing - our teams goals for today are:
Listening to each other
Encouraging people who are less confident
Hand eye coordination
Other groups are working on the high ropes and going caving! More pics to follow!
Woodlands Day 2
Everyone is up and ready for the day. The sun is shining and the weather forecast is for a steady 12c. Groups will be caving, canoeing, jungle gym and high ropes - photos will be uploaded later on today.
Year 6 have arrived safely at Woodlands and have already sent some photos of the team-building exercises
