Homework

Welcome to our home learning page!

Here you will find daily challenges to help you continue your learning while you are at home. Every day there will be a selection of different challenges - try to complete as many as you can!

Each day, please challenge yourself to:

  • Practise your reading skills on Read Theory
  • Practise your times tables on TT Rockstars
  • Use Hit the Button to develop your mental maths skills
  • Select a challenge level on the weekly 'Spelling word lists' and choose a spelling strategy/challenge on the 'Spelling grid' to help you learn your spelling words
  • Complete our daily maths problem
  • Complete our daily writing challenge
  • Complete something on the weekly 'Activity menu’  (see Home Learning documents). We will share these once we’re back in school.
  • Daily exercise - join Joe Wicks live from his Youtube channel for a 30 minute workout from 9am Monday to Friday! I know I will be!  What makes it even better is that  you can access his videos at any time you want! If you fancy something different select an activity from the 'Stay active ideas grid'.

Please don't worry If you find any of the challenges tricky, just make a note and we can go through these together when we are back at school. Our aim is to provide you with activities to consolidate your learning.  Please complete your work in an exercise book. I can't wait to see all your fantastic work!

I will be updating this part of the website with exciting new challenges every day for you to choose from! Click on the day below to access the activities.
